How to request a quote

You can open a custom-order quote through WhatsApp or directly through the store. In both paths, include as many details as possible and send reference photos whenever you can.

Through WhatsApp

  1. Have a store account using the same WhatsApp number and confirm your email.
  2. Send "orçamento" or choose "Pedido por encomenda / orçamento" in the support menu.
  3. Answer the questions: category, order type, scale, manufacturer, model, airline/livery, registration, and notes.
  4. Send reference photos when requested and reply "não" or "pronto" to submit the quote for review.

Through the store

  1. Sign in to your account or create a store account.
  2. Open "Custom order" and click "New custom order".
  3. Add one or more items with category, type, scale, manufacturer, model, airline/livery, photos, and notes.
  4. Submit it for review. Then track it under "My custom orders", approve the quote, and complete payment at checkout.
Start in the store
Up to 5 images, 5 MB each. Formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF. Useful for sending references, receipts, or support details.
