Shipping & Delivery

This policy describes how shipping and delivery work for products purchased from JOMINI STUDIO. Lead times vary depending on the type of model: items already listed in the catalog or on-demand pieces (custom printing and finishing).
1. Catalog items
- For any model already listed in our catalog, shipping is performed within 5 (five) business days after payment confirmation.
- The lead time starts on the first business day after payment is approved by the gateway.
- Once shipped, the customer receives the tracking code by email.
- Transit time (delivery) is informed by the carrier at checkout based on the destination ZIP code. This time is independent of the 5 business days of processing.
2. On-demand models (custom orders)
- On-demand models involve 3D modeling, resin printing, and handcrafted finishing specific to each project, which may include customizations requested by the customer.
- For that reason, the lead time depends on the complexity of the piece and is not fixed.
- The estimated lead time is provided in the quote, sent to the customer by email before order acceptance.
- After the quote is accepted and payment is confirmed, the production time begins to count and is added to the shipping time (5 business days after production).
- Updates on project progress are communicated through the same email during execution.
3. Shipping methods
- PAC and SEDEX: national shipping options calculated through Melhor Envio, Correios, and partner carriers, according to ZIP code, package weight, and dimensions.
- Registered letter: free option for orders made only of decals, when available at checkout.
- Store pickup: free pickup arranged directly with the store after payment confirmation.
- Uber Direct: local express delivery, available only when enabled at checkout, when Uber returns a valid quote, and when the delivery address is within a 5 km radius from the store address. Outside this radius, Uber Direct is not a viable delivery method.
- International shipping: fixed international shipping for addresses outside Brazil, with manual logistics handled by the studio.
4. Shipping cost
- The shipping cost is calculated in the cart based on destination ZIP code, weight, and dimensions of the items.
- We work with carriers integrated through Melhor Envio (Correios and partner operators), plus store pickup, Uber Direct for eligible local addresses, and international shipping when applicable.
- The customer chooses the desired option before completing the purchase.
5. Delivery address
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct address.
- For Uber Direct, the address must be complete and within the 5 km radius from the store; availability still depends on Uber's live quote at checkout.
- Returns due to invalid addresses or absence of the recipient may incur additional reshipping costs, communicated by email.
6. Delays and lost packages
- Holidays, strikes, or unforeseen events may cause delays at the carrier; in those cases, posting follows the 5-business-day timeline, but final delivery is subject to the logistics service.
- If the carrier confirms a lost package, we will file a complaint with the operator and, after confirmation, we will reship at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
